So there was us getting all excited about Nicole Kidman.

But boo hoo, it just ain't true.

Nic won't be following in the footsteps of Demi Moore...

In baring her bump (and indeed the rest of her bod) for a magazine shoot.

Yup, there was a whole loada animated chit-chat doing the rounds that Nicole was set to strip off.

She was apparently going to wait until she was really preggers to do the birthday-suit deed.

But nope, says Nic, it's all a storm in a teacup - and a falsified storm at that.

"It's total nonsense," Nicole told The Daily Mail, on the topic of flashing her flesh.

"It's madness to think I did that or was even asked to do that."

That's rained on our parade, then.
